In order to meet the ever-increasing demands of consumers for innovative products, our customers require ever more high-quality and more complex process and filling installations. Planning, manufacture and successful commissioning of such costly production installations requires a high degree of coordination and a clear definition of the interfaces. In order to support our customers with these tasks, we have enlarged our product portfolio around the procedural installation construction.

Installation technology of the protection of the supply of the necessary additives and fuels to a filling machine, i.e. a supply of steam, cooling and sterile water, compressed air and other gases
Equipments for cleaning and disinfecting a filling machine and process technology, from cleaning pumps to complete CIP stations.
Process installations for food-processing, i.e. filling and mixing stations for the addition of fruit-preparations:
- Yogurt thermizer
- UHT-processing equipment including sterile tank and valve clusters to the aseptic product infeed
- Installations to ensure precise filling machine surroundings, i.e. climate control units for a cereal filler or incubation and cooling chambers for set yogurt

Our accomplishment spectrum also includes the validation of our machines in form of aseptic tests, process production monitoring and optimization concepts for existing filling machines.
