Laser instead of Mechanical Scanner

We can change your OYSTAR Hassia Machine over to a contact-free scanning by means of a laser micrometer.

How does it work?

The laser micrometer scans the cup edge. The station will be moved to the preferred position via the data.

Which parts are needed?

The existing potentiometer will be removed. A laser micrometer will then be installed. The existing analogue inputs scanning inputs will still be used. The linear motor of the adjustment will also be kept. The process will be optimised via a program adjustment.

How much time is needed for the retrofitting?

Depending on the number of stations and constitution of the machine, the changeover can be performed within one or two days. Two additional days have to be scheduled for the optimization. During this period, the machine can run in restricted production.
