After-Sales Service
Hassia's After-Sales Service begins after delivery, assembly, and operational hand-over of the machine.
Should problems or questions occur, our experienced service engineers are there for you, worldwide, at any time. Our unique control system enables maintenance to be performed on the production plant from another location.
If required, we can be on site quickly – whether for retrofitting, maintenance, or fixing service disruptions. Our network of service stations is always expanding. Larger locations with several service technicians have already been established in Moscow, Shanghai and New York.

If you need a spare part for your OYSTAR Hassia machine, you can contact our competent After-Sales Center around the clock. Spare or wear parts are dispatched as soon as we get the order. The parts are delivered from either our location in Germany, or from locations in our worldwide distribution network – like Moscow, Shanghai or New York.
